Online Final Conference

The MPAS project warmly invites you to its Online Final Conference, entitled “Art, Connection and Wellbeing: Preventing Mental Health Issues through Creativity” which will take place on Tuesday, 6 October 2026, from 16:00 to 19:00 CET.

The conference will bring together artists, young people, cultural professionals, psychologists, youth workers, educators, community organisations and stakeholders interested in the role of art in supporting wellbeing and preventing mental health issues among young people.

Over the past months, MPAS has explored how artistic, narrative, embodied and participatory practices can create spaces of expression, trust, belonging and connection. Through the training of artists, workshops with young people, the development of the MPAS methodology and the creation of practical resources, the project has highlighted the power of art as a tool for prevention, care and social transformation.

During the final conference, participants will have the opportunity to discover the main results of the MPAS project, learn more about the MPAS methodology and Toolkit, and hear directly from young people who took part in the workshops in Greece, Spain and Italy. Their testimonies will show how creative processes can support emotional expression, reflection, connection with others and a stronger sense of personal meaning.

The conference will be interactive and will ask participants to actively contribute to the dialogue. It will close with a discussion on sustainability and future opportunities, including how we imagine the future in this field.

Participation is free of charge, but registration is required in order to receive the access link to the online conference. We invite all interested participants to register in advance and join us for this final moment of exchange, reflection and inspiration.
